Your Love is the debut single from Rocktown Records’ Artist Nkay (@thenameisnk on twitter), an unusually unique blend of contemporary afrobeat sound with gospel lyrics. He begins by reminiscing on all Jesus has done for Him, “cleaning him up and giving him new names” and throughout re-echoes how that God’s love to him, is more than money. Written by Nkay who is just 21 and produced by label mate Gil (@_giljoe on twitter) aged 20, it’s another addition to the Rocktown collection of fresh sound and is certain to be at the top of your playlist for a very long time.

Nkay is signed to Frank Edwards’ Rocktown label which is also home to fast-rising singer and producer Gil. The 21year old who has just completed a degree in law in the UK is on the rise to use contemporary sound and finessed lyrics to express his heart about his relationship with God which has caused his whole life to turn around. He started writing gospel music at the age of 14, being influenced by artists such as Frank Edwards, Mali Music, Lecrae and 2Face. He, later on, moved to London to pursue his law degree there after which he got discovered by Frank Edwards.
