UK-based female Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter Olufunke McCrae drops a brand new single titled, “Irin Ajo.”
Speaking about the song, Funke says, “This song is actually about the journey from Adam to the time of the apostle; how people lived in disobedience, etc. and the retribution that followed.”
“The creation of man and the work of redemption after the fall of man came into reality by the death of Jesus Christ.
The chorus which resounds on “come see how far the journey to heaven is,” is a reminder to all about our eternal home in heaven.
That is the goal of the journey.”
Olufunke McCrae is passionate about soul-winning for the Lord Jesus Christ and wades into this super masterpiece to entail the love of God right from Eden.
The fast-rising worship leader releases the single off the soon coming album, “Irin Ajo – The Journey,” which is to be released soonest.
The single is titled in the Yoruba Language [a language largely spoken in the Western region of Nigeria] and translates to mean, “Journey.”
